How do I reserve an appointment?

We offer a collaborative space that allows each artist to offer what is unique to them in their business.

Each stylist holds a different service menu, schedule, and levels of experience so you’re able to find your perfect fit with us!

What if I’m running late or need to cancel?

We understand life happens! If you are running late, please contact your stylist immediately with your estimated time of arrival.

Each stylist is subject to their own cancellation + late policy.

Where do I park?

3hr parking is available behind the building, on the street, or across the street. If your appointment will exceed 3hrs, your stylist will contact you upon arrival to provide a parking pass.

What extension methods do you offer?

Collectively our artists are trained in Natural Beaded Rows, Invisible Bead Extensions, Habit Hand-tied Extensions, Luna Method, JZ Styles, SKW, Meraki Hair Extensions, LineOne, and Hotheads.

This education will provide us with the knowledge + tools in order to provide you with the best results possible.

Is my appointment retainer refundable?

Retainer upon reserving your extension installation is non-refundable.

Can I bring _____ to my appointment?

We ask that you please not bring any extra guests with you including children or pets.

Is it ok to work during my appointment?

Yes!

We understand appointments that are rather long during regular business hours may require this. We provide outlets and wifi in order to do so!

Since each stylist works different hours, your appointment may range from more of an intimate quiet setting to a busy working salon. Please be aware of background noise, and note that timing does not accommodate for pausing for important phone calls.

Would I be able to request a silent appointment?

Absolutely.

If this is something you’d like to request at your next appointment please e-mail us or your stylist individually with no questions asked.

Do you offer blowouts?

Yes!

One of the beautiful things about hair extensions is that you don’t have to wash as often. We understand that you may not want to and you don’t have to! Refer to your stylist for best recommendation post install.

If I’m already wearing or have hand-tied hair from another salon, can I re-use the hair and book a maintenance appointment?

For an appointment request please fill out under our stylist booking page so we are able to get more information regarding your hair! If you’d like to re-use current hair, an in person consultation is required in order to assess.

Can I still work out/be active with hair extensions?

100% yes!

We pride ourselves in fine-hair methods and customize it to you in order to allow for this without worry.

Can I swim with hair extensions?

It is not recommended. However, if you add water + leave-in as. a barrier beforehand and wash immediately after it’s definitely possible!

How much time is having hair extensions going to add to my daily routine?

We strive for low maintenance for you at home, while we handle the maintenance of move-ups or blowout +styles while you get to relax and enjoy!

You will find that you will need to wash + style hair less while wearing hair extensions.

Is your salon wheelchair accessible?

Yes!

There is an elevator accessible entry by ‘Calfornia Closets’. Reach out to your stylist if you have trouble finding it.
